The Dark Triad assessment measures three personality traits: Narcissism, Machiavellianism, and Psychopathy. These are personality dimensions that exist on a spectrum in the general population.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Personality Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship decisions, or actions taken based on assessment results.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deep Personality Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Arbitration Agreement — Please Read Carefully
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, administered by the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) in accordance with its rules, rather than in court. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
For users in the United States: By using this service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision, and you waive your right to a jury trial.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceedings against Deep Personality Inc. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity.
Exceptions: This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) disputes that qualify for small claims court in your jurisdiction; (b) claims for injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property; or (c) complaints filed with government agencies (such as the FTC or privacy commissioners) that may seek relief on your behalf.
Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees. If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration-related matters.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
